A pack-fresh Guy LaFleaur rookie? These still exist?! A rare, exciting pull happened here at Vintage Breaks as we broke a 1971 O-Pee-Chee hockey pack and found a lucky customer The Flower's rookie!

High-grade examples of Guy LaFleaur's O-Pee-Chee rookie card are hard to come by. The PSA pop report has just 6 copies graded a 10, and only 52 in a 9. Even a PSA 8 is rare with 229 known. We're hoping we found Jeff G a MINT rookie to add another 10 tp that pop report! In spot 2 of our 1971 O-Pee-Chee wax pack break, Jeff saw this happen:

That's a NICE-looking card, Jeff! Congrats! We're thrilled to have pulled this beautiful rookie for you. One of the the NHL's all-time greats, "The Flower" owns FIVE Stanley Cup championships, the Conn Smythe, the Hart Memorial trophy twice, the Art Ross Trophy three times, and entered the Hall of Fame in 1988.
