All 264 cards are included in this set break including the Dr. J rookie card. We are only offering 264 spots in this break - this ensures that you will take home a card from the set! The list of names is always randomized LIVE on the show as the break occurs; you have the same chance as everyone else in the break to land the cards you desire. For example, if after the random your name lands on spot #195, you take home the Dr. J card!
